4. Financial Terms

4.1 Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. For discretion, charges will appear as "Samio" on your billing statement, not "RakBee".

4.2 No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. RakBee does not offer refunds for any services, including but not limited to:

• RakBee Premium subscriptions
• Model subscriptions
• Content purchases
• Tips
• Contact reveal credits

4.3 Chargebacks

We actively dispute all chargebacks. By using our services, you agree that we may provide transaction evidence to payment processors, including IP addresses and other relevant information to verify legitimate purchases.

4.4 Model Earnings

Models receive earnings based on our commission structure. Earnings are subject to a 30-day holding period and minimum payout thresholds.

5. Content and Conduct

5.1 Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any illegal content under Cayman Islands law or international law
• Content involving minors or appearing to involve minors
• Non-consensual content
• Content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

5.3 Account Termination

Violation of these Terms will result in immediate account termination. In such cases, any remaining balance in the account will be forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Model Content

Models retain ownership of their content but grant RakBee an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute their public-facing content for marketing and operational purposes. Premium content will never be used for marketing.

6.2 DMCA Policy

RakBee respects intellectual property rights. To report copyright infringement, please contact our DMCA agent at: dmca@rakbee.com with:

7. Model-Specific Terms

7.2 Non-Exclusivity

Models may work on competing platforms. RakBee does not require exclusivity.

7.3 Account Closure

• Voluntary closure: Outstanding earnings will be paid according to standard payout procedures
• Termination for Terms violation: All earnings are forfeited

8. Privacy and Data

8.1 Data Protection

We do not share user data with third parties. All analytics and tracking are managed using proprietary software.

8.2 Data Retention

User data may be retained for up to 5 years after account deletion for legal and compliance purposes.

8.3 Cookies

We do not use cookies or tracking for advertising purposes. Essential cookies may be used for site functionality.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 No Warranties

RakBee provides the Website "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
