Management of all subscriptions can be managed within your account. You can cancel subscriptions at any time at the click of a button. Simply log in to your account, go to your subscriptions page, and click the cancel button next to any active subscription.
You can report a model via their model page using the "Report" button, and this will then be reviewed by a RakBee moderator. Alternatively, please email us at help@rakbee.com with your complaint including the model's name and details of the issue.
All purchases on RakBee are final and no refunds are available. If you have a specific complaint or encountered a technical issue, please contact us at help@rakbee.com and our team will review your case and see what they can do to help.
To register as a model, please visit https://rakbee.com/register/model.php. You'll need to provide basic information, photos, and verify your identity. Once approved, you can start receiving bookings!
To register as an agency, please visit https://rakbee.com/register/agency.php. Agencies can manage multiple models, track earnings, and access bulk management tools.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and various online payment methods through our secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and secure. Charges will appear as "Samio" on your statement for discretion.
Models can request payouts through their dashboard once they reach the minimum payout threshold. Earnings are subject to a 30-day holding period for security. Payouts can be made via bank transfer or PayPal and are typically processed within 1-5 business days.
To keep your account secure: use a strong, unique password; never share your login credentials; be cautious of phishing attempts; and log out when using shared devices. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.
